National Film Board Highlights At Home/Chez Soi | May 24, 2012

The National Film Board of Canada has just launched a web documentary on the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s At Home/Chez Soi project. The series, “At Home: In Search of the Real Cost of Homelessness” involved five directors and consists of interviews with participants and staff from across the five cities – Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Moncton. In addition to the film clips, the project also includes a blog. The Institute of Urban Studies is the co-research coordindator of the project, along with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Manitoba.
